Default removal of rear footpegs

Hey all.

I quite fancy removing the rear footpegs. I dont take passengers, so have no need for them. Only problem is the RH side one is also the exhaust hanger.

Has anyone got round this problem with a nice easy solution?

Help greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Depends on the model but you can get hangers for them.

I've got one of these: https://www.metisse.de/index.php?id=111&L=1

Although looking at the pictures its conceivable I have a pointy hanger....

One of my SV has a high level can, so rear footpegs need spacers to fit the pegs over the linkpipe. Can't be assed with that, so luckily the previous owner made a discreet bracket that holds the can on somewhere under the bungee rails on the rear sub. Never used the pegs, still have em though just in case, and the spacers.

Yeh, the metisse one seems quite expensive, for what is, effectively, a piece of aluminium.
Wish I still had access to the metal workshops where i used to work!
