Default Had problems with MCE insurance?

Then join my Facebook group. I'm just interested to see numbers, and I'm sure as disgruntled customers you'd be a but interested too.

You'll have to excuse me, I hardly ever log on to Facebook but I've created a group

http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gi...11553068859322

If that doesn't work do a serach for:

MCE insurance have screwed me over too

Catchy name don't you think..

Just wondering what the numbers would get to

I am with MCE.
My bike got nicked, and I put in a claim.
My underwriters were Chaucer.

They (underwriters)took my call, seemed fine enough, polite and that. Said their claims validation team would phone me back within 24hrs, phoned bacl with a few hours.
Brownsworld (their claims validations team) called me, which was a ~20minute phonecall just asking me lots of questions and writing down my answers.(IMO just trying to get me to slip up and them not have to pay out).

Bike was found the next day, claim was cancelled, no problems.
Don't know how the claim would have went through.

Chaucer as an insurer are great, I have dealt with them and had no problems, even got more then I ever expected they paid out the full wack of what I had originally quoted in my paperwork.

MCE are the brokers and are obviously failing to do their job, from what has been said about them on here there is enough evidence to take it to the FSA and make a full complaint to be investigated.

I hardly dealt with MCE, all was with Chaucer, and everything went well.
Very helpful and polite, and their Claims Validation Team were ok too, suppose they were just doing their job?
