Default Sack him, or keep him II (speeding)

Just seen the photo's.

Photo 1. Taken as the guy exits a bend, angle approx 20degrees from camera. Speed 82 in a 70.

Photo 2. Speed on photo has been snopaked out!

Which of either, or both, of the above is solid evidence?

The driver is contesting it, and is also adamant he had his cruise control set at 70 - Not that that will prove anything.

Mmmm, wait and see what transpires but something is a bit dodgy.

P.S. the power output of his company car was more than 33bhp

I think this is the guy that works for Bri W who is an habitual speeder.

TBH 82 in a 70 isn't that bad but he keeps getting caught...I don't keep to the speed limit but in 8 years of driving I haven't been caught.

Why bother with the hassle...get rid.

I would think only Photo 1 could be put forward as solid evidence - but I'm no expert.

The guy has been caught before. Thus he'll say pretty much anything not to be conficted again (Loose his job).

Personally - I'd keep him employed and see how thing's go. Unless that is, you need someone mobile in that position.....

So, from the angle of dangle ( 20 degrees ) he's actually doing over 90?
Someone will be along in a moment & do the calculation I can't be rsed to do!

if you have a speeding ticket for it and can prove he was driving then hand it over to him and get him to deal with them direct.
