Summer gloves needed.

Need some decent well made gloves, I have Weise Pacifics at the moment which are perfect in the winter apart from the lack of good feel for the controls (they're a bit too bulky).

Mainly looking for:

• Something with a good feel for controls/not bulky
• Good protection on the palms/knuckles ect
• Well made/hard wearing
• Good looks
• Budget of around £80

I still use some heingericke racing gloves I got second hand for a tenner a couple of years ago. No idea how much they are new but they're good.
Wouldn't touch alpine stars (from personal experience) but like halvarssons.

Used for about 2k miles in last 3-5 months and still in one piece and no holes.

You can get alpinestar SP1's for that price and are super comfy. Loads of feel through them yet still god protection. Mine have been crashed in and you can barely tell.

I have some A* super moto gloves, i have done about 4-5k in them in all weathers, i like them because they are short.
I rode through the winter with them, but with inner gloves on as well.

there's a thread a few down from this one that are about RST gloves, have a look in there, i have a pair from the start of this summer and have done about 6k miles in them. very comfortable and still in excellent condition, haven't crashed in them, though they feel like they'd do a good job.

Bought some 2nd hand (but bearly used) RST blade II's in the end, cheap as chips from a mate.
