Default Versys gone

Sold the Versys this afternoon. After nearly 2 years of happy ownership finally decided to move it on. It was a great bike and I would thoroughly recommend one to anyone who fancies that type of bike, or who wants fun on a budget.

Always a bit weird to see someone take the bike away from you, and to find the hole in the garage where it used to sit.

I feel i've kind of come full circle since I bought the V. It came as a bike to put me back on the road, to give me the confidence back in 2 wheels and for a relatively cheap price. I now look forward to buying a bike which will give me that proud feeling of ownership again.

Now the search starts for either a KTM 950SM or a Triumph Street Triple R. The final decision will depend on bike and price. I've seen a Street already but i'm trying to get the best deal!

There's an official ktm dealer in dewsbury (about an hour and 20 mins from you rob) which I've only just found out about - http://www.craigsmotorcycles.com/

they happily let me take a test ride on one of their bikes. £20 puts you on their insurance and brings the excess down from £2k to £500, and getting a test ride wasn't half as difficult as I thought they'd make it.
