Good work guys and gals! Dont give up giving up, it gets easier every day. When you need a fag, have a shag instead! Worked for me. Keep busy to take your mind off it, and spend all those saved pennies on summit shiny.

Well done and keep it up.

Good job Rob, you are past the worst...if you give in now you are doing yourself a real injustice! I've made it into month 3 now...I quit on 16/9 after smoking for 19 years and used patches (step 1, step 2 and didn't bother with step 3). Don't make the mistake I made before when I failed, I thought I could be a part-time smoker when I had a drink after not smoking for 4 months...don't smoke another ciggie ever!

It does get easier, just don't give in when you get that empty feeling, it passes in no time. Also, follow Amplimator's advice!
