Default There are two types of drivers

The lot who drive at 90 - 100 in an Audi because they have a company car and the company pays the fuel bills.

And the people who have slowed down cos they have to pay for their own fuel. Very obvious on the motorway today.

LOL!
I thought the exact same thing yesterday! I took the car to Costco and no the motorway I was quite happy to just make progress at between 60-70 along with quite a few other cars all the while noticing the Audi/BMW's motoring up the "fastlane" I thought the obvious divide between the 2 types of drivers was significant and drew the exact same conclusion as yourself.

what you have to remember is they're obviously more important than you and MUST get to that meeting, that could have been a phone call, and they must be there NOW!!!

lol, totally agree.

Odd though that when Im travelling on works time to site/meeting or even to get to the copy & binding place before it closes. I always take it easier than when driving in my own time, not because of fuel its purely because I'd be soooooooooooooooooo frustrated if I got points on my licence whilst doing something for work.

when you buy one of those cars you have to sign a contract to say you will only drive on the inside lane at 90, not let the person behind you past, race the guy on his bike because your diesel car is obviously so much faster, when you loose that race blag up to your mates at the golf convention that "you nearly had him and he pulled over to say how awesome your car is" even tho you got the beat down put on you, oh and stay in that lane until your exit were you then have to hack across the other two cutting everyone up and causing accidents....... oh and do all that whilst not indicating

It's called the c0ck car law

my boss is one of the bmw fast lane types. does 90 down a 30. Thinks hes next in line for clarksons job on top gear, and comes out with stuff like. "well if their car isnt as good as mine they shouldnt be holding me up" and "if your a bikeist and your in my way ill just run you over" makes my blood boil sometimes.

Don't you know that German Manufacturers put Indicators in the "optional extras" section of the order form?

I noticed the same the other day, sat at 75mph on the motorway and was overtaking loads of people, whereas before I would have been a rolling road block.

Liz has noticed the same on her commute to work to.

and yes the indicators on our Audi do work fine thank you very much
