Hagon are Ok, they do make a big difference.
I prefer linear myself but hagon are cheap. Depends where you're going with it, if you're going to go further with suspension tuning then get linear.

Good morning all.
Hagon springs are an excellent improvement over the 'Ballpoint pen rejects' which are standard. I always fit them using Hagon's recommended oil, & to Hagon's recommended oil level, & have yet to have any problems, or negative comments. (I've fitted hundreds). You can buy them from Hagon directly. Ask for their recommended oil when you order them. It's not expensive. Their number is; 020 8502 6222. Cheers. |

+1 on that,
I got some direct from Hagon together with new rear shock; they asked me my riding style and weight and sent shock, springs plus oil to suit. They feel great to me, I found the standard rear horrible although the front wasn't too bad. With the Hagon bits fitted it's much comfier for road riding. The front isn't particularly firm but they did say if I was riding track days they would have sent different spec bits and TBH I love it as is. |

how easy is it to fit the springs??? when i bought the bike it had a broken seal on the rear shocker and was goosed anyway.... so i bought a standard rear shock off ebay that had roughly 1500miles on it. im thinking of getting a harder spring fitted by kais suspension. and having the rear jacked up.

You now seem to be asking about front springs and rear shocker?
depends how handty you are - rear suspension unit change very easy, fitting replacement Hagon progressive springs + oil to fron forks not so easy but not terribly difficult for the average mechanic. If unsure yourself, ask a mate who you know is good, or take it to a dealer, with own bits supplied, it'll probably be labour only + small sundries at around 3 hours @ £35 an hour + vat. I have Hagon progressives in an 03 650s I just bought and found the set-up really good. Mine also has a ZX6RR rear shocker which is firm but I find it perfect. Mind, I am getting on for 14.5 stone and ride quite hard. |

Unless you find on on the Bay, get someone like Tony Archer to mod your standard seat. Better than OEM Gel seat, as it has a cover which holds onto water.
I know I've had both. OEM gel seats tend to be expensive. http://www.tonyarcher.co.uk/ Plenty of other seat trimmers will do this for you, its an easy job
