Default WSB Phillip Island

pretty much par for the course in the opening two races, Ducati's work well there and Checa proved it this time, Leon did reasonably although he lost out in the second race a bit, nice to see Haga making a fight for it in the second race to, perhaps he can make up for a lack of testing in short order.

But the ride of the day has to be Melandre's battle with Biaggi over the last 8 laps of the second race, he took Biaggi several times on a brilliant line, only to loose it again to the Aprillia's power down the straight.

Not a bad start to the session though.

Cheers Mark.

Camier did well 2nd race, given he has suspected glandular fever and has been hurling in his helmet

Yeah, Camier did brilliant considering! My ride of the day though goes to Sam Lowes in WSS. He was so unlucky not to get the win. A definite contender for the championship.

I was spitting at the telly with all the cutting away from the bikes to the pit wall or team garages....who cares? (Melandris' smashable, sorry smashing g/f apart.)

Not enough time given to see that Yoshi Suzuki either. Oooh Lordy!

WSS was by far the best racing of the weekend! Shame about the weird 3 punctures on 3 different bikes over a couple of laps (particularly Chaz). Should have been a win for Sam Lowes who rode the wheels the Honda to lead out of the final corner, only to loses the HP battle with the Yams and Kwaks to the line
