Portable Stand - Trackdays
Just stumbled across this while on a bored trail through youtube of jumping from one to the next through the related videos of recommended videos (weve all done it) Its being "modelled" on a curvy aswell.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2wJvQ...rec_grec_index Not sure i like it all that much, sure it looks easy and compact, etc. So good for someone on a track day, you can just bung it under your seat or in a bag. But what can you actually do with it? Change tyre/wheel? Maybe, on the paddock stand spools, doubt i would trust it Lube chain? Yes, but thats something to do BEFORE the track day Much Else? Not really Conclusion - Unless you live somewhere where a paddock stand is not an option, then not a lot of use. One of these would be handy for small maintenance, such as lubing the chain/helping a little with cleaning. But thats all i can see of it. Just thought i would share my find with you, I personally prefer my paddock stand. |

I've got one of those, guaranteed my bit of 3x2 was cheaper though.
