www.metrolink.co.uk/pdf/PocketGuide.pdf says 28 minutes.
That was really hard to find (honestly). Bear in mind there's no toilets on the tram if you're going for a sesh (as I found out the hard way) |

Around 20-25 minutes, When I am bike-less I have to go from Eccles to Manchester get off and then go from Manchester to Bury
 to get to work.
