Default Portable bike jack

Saw this on ebay, never seen one before bit pricey though. Any one seen similar or cheaper?

looks good but bloody expensive, i wouldnt mind maybe £25 for it as the uses are very limited, but it does look nifty and able to fit under the rear seat.
