Can someone help out a rookie and tell me how to upload photo's to my threads from a Mac.

no idea about a mac, but you have to use a hosting site, ie photobucket, then paste the image code, hth, andy.

Hey guys, still need some help. I've got myself a flickr account and uploaded my photos, but when I copy the link into my thread it just comes up with a small blue box with a white question mark like the one below.



Any ideas what I'm doing wrong

Haven't used flickr before but looks like they don't want you to be able to get the pictures direct address. You can get it but it's not as easy as photobucket

In firefox I went to View then Page Source. Then search for "jpg" and it gives you the address for the image. There must be an easier way than that though. Doesn't it give you any addresses when you are logged in to flickr?

I only use photobucket. It's much easier

flickr gives me the url to copy but come up that. Just got a photobucket account. Everything seems much easier so far. hopefully a picture will appear in this message.......... now lol.
