went for a ride today to check everything is ok before the mot next weekend.
noticed that the r/h fork seal seems to be leaking. anyone know where to get a good guide (with pics, a pic tells a 1000 words and all that) what oil would be best to get im slightly over 17st fully kitted up. need the front a bit stiffer but dont realy want the expense of changing the springs or going for the gsxr conversion as i think ill only keep it for the rest of the year to get another years experiance, before i change it for a tl1000s/r any help peeps as im going to be doing this while wills and kate are on the telly. |

I usually buy a litre of fork oil.
Ebay or decent bike spares shops should have it. Halfrauds own fork oil is only 10w from what my local branch stocks. It is cheaper though. I got silkolene for my forks, ebay was cheaper than demon tweeks. |

I did not even read it before recommending you against it.
Turns out I was right, and you should be wary of sites that think belting f*** out of 1/4" drive sockets with an 1/2" impact wrench is a good idea. Also they have no idea what an air gap is.
