Yep, tis official, I have now ridden my SV

Only up the drive of doom but still, MY FIRST RIDE!

MOT'd this eve, YC drops her off at the bottom of the drive and gets me to turn her round on the sidestand, which I do (a little awkwardly but I managed it, she weighs a ton...) then I said...jokingly almost...can I take her up the drive? And bloody hell I did it, so pleased! She creeped up with a few revs no problem, as I was told to expect but still, not the same till you do it yourself

YC turns her at the top and then I turn her again at the bottom, much easier this time, still have to work the technique.

Can't wait to take her out tomorrow eve when I've taxed her, eeeee happy Maria

Well done you, from what i hear you have to be roped together with sherpas to get up your drive
