Ephesmax's 02s build thread - SV650.org

So I bought this bike new in 03 as a year end leftover it was a factory 02s
within the year i dropped it nd put a set of 2WheelJunkie Street Skins on it.

hated the color though and wanted to pc the frame. I had done some some mods but nothing major

then i stripped it down

got parts powdered

custom steering stops and picked up a penske off the board

motor is a biatch to put in by yourself

almost there

felt good to ride again

yamaha calipers and ss galfer lines front and back

M4 full system

mounted minus muffler

euro headlight

custom leds to replace the vapors old school bulbs

start of the guage pod im plastic welding. guage is loose right now dont worry its straight

leds will be in evenly spaced metal holders across the top of the pod

fire up the ol' plastic welder

after it was welded i hit it with the DA to take it down

then followed it up with a series of finer papers

mounted

and a little comparison of what i started with now ill hack these up and do the other side
then hit em with a rattle can and they should look oem status

ty i liked it un fared as well but theres so many unfared sv's already. That i run fullfairings just to be different in the sv world. But my next bike will def be naked
