It is. Not bad actually, light and (fairly) waterproof. It fits pretty much perfectly but is a funny shape inside and it can be hard to space it all in.

I also have the same series tank bag and that is a bit too small. The map pocket is dinky.

However the rest of the bike makes up for these small shortcomings...
