Hi i have bought SV650s lower fairing; it did not come with any fitting kit or bracket. I have checked with Suzuki they don't sell the kit separate, its cost fortune to buy them separate.
Is any one selling or know any fitting kit for SV650s for sale? I also need a R&G Crash Protectors for Suzuki SV650 2003-2011 Fully Faired Model. Any suggestion or information would be much appreciated! Thanks Naz |

Just sold a kit!
If you're looking to use R&G's then I 'think' most of the rest of the kit can be made up using home made brackets and generally available hardware. It's a bit of a faff, but certainly possible for way less than the £100 quid Suzuki charge. If you can find someone with a copy of the fitting instructions, you should be able to work out everything you need. ![]() The radiator brackets and the lower LHS bracket (shown circled in yellow) can be made up with some cheap strip ally from B&Q for around a quid. The only other one you'll struggle with is the RHS bracket (shown in red), but I'm sure you could figure summat out. You can get all the grommets here =>http://www.mossplastics.com/standard-grommets The large ones where the fairing brackets go are part number 15104 (x2), the other grommets are part number 10770 (x4). I made one this morning, took me about 5 mins.
The RHS one is the one you might struggle with. |

Robinsons foundry - google them - got mine from them for twenty quid and it's a Suzuki OEM part.

Can't be sure, but it looks like they just replace the flat/ slightly conical fitting that you get as stock. So my guess is that you still use the completely useless stock arms that fit between the frame and the fairing.
So in the event of an off, you'd still likely trash your fairings. |

The other bit you may struggle with is the plastic bit (and clips) that joins the two sides under the the exhaust down pipe.
