Question Investigating a potential fuel pump issue

I've left my GSXR750K6 standing for about 6 weeks and the old girl refuses to start. The starter motor turns but the engine doesn't fire. The fuel pump appears to prime though it seems to be making a slightly different noise - which I'm guessing is the problem.

I'm looking into options before I start taking it apart. Using my limited knowledge I've thought of the following:
- Putting it into dealer mode to see if it is producing an error code, though I don't think I have a FI warning on the display
- Inspect/clean the fuel filter if it is gummed up
- Disconnect the fuel hose from the engine to see if fuel flows on turning over

Any advice or suggestions are appreciated!

There's enough juice to turn the starter motor over

Which may mean there's not enough left for the FI and ignition.

12.65 V = 100%
12.45 V = 75%
12.24 V = 50%
12.06 V = 25%

rough guide.

When I started it on the weekend before last, it had been on an optimate 10 hours the day before. The voltage at the moment won't accurately reflect the problem though I'll measure next time I get my tools out.
