Your best Original songs
Following on from Bills thread...
Adele covered one of my all time favourite songs and it was certainly a catalyst in her career. She is one in a very very long line of people to cover this particular song and both hers and Garth Brooks' versions are brilliant, but I don't think either are a patch on the man himself. He is a prolific songwriter but this could easily be one of his best and the way he sings it gets me to the core every time I hear it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mH3HMBhzSag So...what songs do you love more by the writer/original recording artist than by the people that have covered it in later years? Forgive me if you're not a Dylan fan...but I am and I LOVE his voice
