nice mate..
the tail tidy isn't made on its own, you buy the whole undertray for the Curvy models, which has a tail tidy incorporated into it:
http://www.pyramid-plastics.co.uk/ca...oducts_id=1048
thats the one, could find it cheaper elsewhere im sure though.
and im sure there's fitment instructions either on SV650.org or search the forums, got one on mine and its so much better than stock IMO.
I run Bridgestone BT021's on mine which i have no complaints about, don't give me any problems at all
and K&N do an air filter for the Curvy model:
http://www.knfilters.com/air_filter/suzuki_sv650.aspx - right at the bottom of that page.
I run 60/55watt HID bulbs in mine which are noticeably better than standard
not sure on the chain and sprocket, need to replace mine when i get the money, so i'll leave that for soemone else to give you better advice, indicators, i run stock ones but LED's are all over ebay and shops.
hope it helps.
mike.

and the restrictor Kit wouldn't fit because the 'Curvy' one's like yours and mine have carbs, the 2005 'Pointy' (03 onwards) model is Fuel injection so the restrictor mechanism would be completely different- probably through the ECU and throttle stop but im not sure off the top of my head, i think thats what a friend has.
Curvy SV's are restricted through the carbs I'll explain it badly but if you look it up you'll find it without too much hassle

If you don't want to spend quite as much on the tail tidy, you can get the undertray from ebay

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HK04-UNDER...item483b0b1614

spray it yourself & I'm still at the thinking stage for the number plate hanger. I'll put some photos up when I'm done (but it may take a little while)

ps nice bike, nice price

Not as far as I know on the heat gunning. Mine are just straight swaps.

Great choice. Yellow is the ONLY colour for curvys.

A seat cowl finishes it of if you can find one...

Only extra needed are mirror extenders. About £30 on eBay. They use the existing mirrors with a 25cm shaped extender that blends in with the mirrors. They don't look like a bodge and you get to see what is behind you apart from your elbows.
