Default Offered for sale: Yokes & bearing assembly - Also pair of forks (bent)

Hi all,

I have a couple of bits lying about in the garage that I'd like to find new homes for and hopefully receive a few quid for to put towards a replacing my punctured rear tyre of six months. (Suitable for a K5 and presumably other pointies)

First up is a yokes & bearings assembly. I've no idea what it's worth but I'm required to put a price so I'll ask £50, let you laugh at me and then if anyone is remotely interested you can PM me an offer. I think that's within the rules of the forum (if not quite the spirit of them?).

I haven't bothered to take photos because I'm not really expecting anyone to be interested, but I can and would be happy to do so.

Second up I have a pair of bent forks with stanchions. The forks aren't creased I don't think so I believe could be straightened. Failing that maybe someone would want the stanchions etc. I'll suggest £25 for the pair.

I will describe this lot as in 'good' condition. By that I mean perfectly serviceable but not cosmetically perfect.

Postage would be required to be paid in addition any price agreed (and would be charged at cost and pre-agreed - but I'm not going the hassel of finding out it's cost unless someone actually wants this stuff)

Oh just remembered I have a front axel too. £10 anyone?

Feel free to mock or criticise, I can (probably) take it.

Cheers,

2mths

In case anyone is wondering where the parts came from I needed some straight forks, bought a complete front end (for the forks), swapped them (a couple of three years ago now) and then never did anything with the rest. Now as I say I need a new rear tyre *grrr* and a service and a job though that's not really relevant.

Andy!

You never write, you never phone...

I'm beginning to think you don't love me anymore.

Hello!
Yeah I've been hiding under something of a rock (called 'life') for quite a while. But I haven't dissapeared and still hope to attend a future AR or meet in Soho or EAR rideout sometime. That stuff will have to wait until I've sorted the SV out though.
