Default Restricted license

Hey guys i have been riding a pointy sv with a 33bhp restrictor for 2 years, it was up in november 2011 so i took the restrictor out and fitted the full power cdi BUT i have had no letters of DVLA about my license, my card has <25kw printed on it which i guess means less than 33bhp, so obviously i need to send my card off but where to and what happens next

i never needed to send it back, i was told that it shows but will be inactive after the 2 years after you passed the test.
you can pay i think £25 to get it without the <25kw on it.

its fine, keep the current licence.

i got stopped twice, both times they said your license says your restricted so why are you riding a CBR. I said if you look at my pass date its been more than two years. He said fine and then proceeded to rape me on my exhaust and number plate.
