Pointy restriction question. - SV650.org

Hey guys has been a few month since i have passed the restricted license, i removed the CDI and swapped it for the full power unit that came with the bike (K9 SV650S) but keep hearing on here about some sort of restrictor with the airbox or injectors something like that? can anyone help? not the snorkel mod btw thats on my list of things to do.

I can't imagine why anyone would fit two forms of restriction, so as long as you've refitted the full power ECU, there's nothing more to do.

I imagine you did notice the increase in power after the full power unit was fitted? If yes, then there's obviously no other form of restriction. If no, are you sure the ECU you now have is the right one?

Yes i did notice a difference but it wasnt huge, and yes it came brand new in an unopened genuine suzuki box labelled up
