Default Washer for Steering stem nut.

My steering stem washer is rotting and I need a replacement. I can find lots of m25 washers on the web but the outside diameter is too large.

The SOE part number is 51354-42E00 and costs a whopping £11 plus postage from Robinsons. Dic Turpin is alive and well.

I've already got a nylon tap washer lined up but I'm not happy with that.

I could just use the stem nut on it's own but that will chew the paint up on the yoke.

Does the panel have any suggestions for a cheap alternative.

Ta

John

LOL. Of course. I've been thinking purely internet. A bike shop would just quote me for the same spare as Robinsons. An official Suzuki spare. but......

They would also have a lot of bits and pieces lying about the place and may have something else as an alternative.

Ta! Good idea!
