RST Tractech leather jacket for sale
Same jacket as this one:

Can the aerodynamic hump be flattened out or removed on these? I'm after "race standard" protection but a race hump for me would be a bit OTT as I'm probably one of the slowest/crappiest riders you've ever seen!

Probably but not sure it's simple. The foam is stitched into the jacket so I guess you'd have to unpick the lining to remove it.
