Default Curvy clutch cover, is it knackered?

I had a leak from the clutch cover so I bought a new o-ring and some instant gasket.

Took off the cover to clean it up and it looks like this, is this still usable? It seems really warped

It's melted and pitted inside, is this normal?

Chris

Too much oil? Too little oil? That's all I can think, unless you redline everywhere for hours at a time!

Engines been stood for 6 years. I've only run it with the correct amount of oil at all times since putting the bike together. I have a spare engine, might take the casing off that and see if it's any better.

It's a shame there aren't any of those nice anodised ones with the glass window floating around from that group buy on here, I'd have had one of those

OK so the first post says closed but Nobbylad says something about a spare, couldn't really be bothered reading it. I'll let you do that bit. HTH

There's a few on eBay too. Aren't I being helpful today? Can you tell I'm meant to be moving the lawn?
