Default Spacer dimensions for emulators in Pointy fork please

Itching to swap in Debrix Em's but gonna try and get the Spacers machined locally. Can anyone give me the precise dimensions for the spacer?

Also, how much should I bore out Damper Rod?

This is for the Pointy install.

Thanks

Ronnie

To assist, if anyone else is looking:

Emu measurements - 27.0mm OD; 23.95mm ID; 7.5mm long (I presume 'OD' is Outer Diameter and 'ID' is Inner Diameter. Please correct me if I'm wrong);

Damper Rod measurments - 4x8mm holes @ bottom of damper rod; Drill out to 11mm (Allows Emu to provide damping); Deburr*; Block off 1.8mm diameter rebound hole (top of the damper).

* I didn't really know how to do this but this article explains it. A special tool is probably needed. Check out your local DIY store.

This is the sort of thing I use http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0002GV2C...hvptwo=&hvqmt=

but it can be done with a small rounded hand file, although a little awkward.

your only taking off the ragged edge if there is any so a bit of wet'n'dry or emery cloth will be just fine. you don't need to go to the expense of a de-burr tool for 1 use.
