Default Which size exhaust can, midi or maxi?

Sorry to do this to y'all but I've browsed liked crazy and still not really found an answer. As far as 'Which exhaust?', I'm down to Simmi, Delkevic or Fuel so I can sort that one out but...

Midi or Maxi? Sure I read a comment saying a 450mm will give a deeper note - is that right? I guess shorter = louder as there's less to deaden the noise. Don't really want to get the attention of the boys in blue or pi55 the neighbours off (too much) so figure I'm in the 380 to 450mm zone but how to chose?

Help me oh mighty Org!

Personally I think the short ones look 'wrong' and out of proportion for the bike. My preference would be the longer one but that just based on looks. A longer one should be a bit quieter as more space for silencing.

Better power output from a full length can.

I got the Titanium colour round max.
You won't be dissapointed the Fuel, quality is excellent.
Louder than stock but not too loud with the baffle in.

I am well pleased, oh and you get a Kendall mint with it. LOL.
