If i have my sv650 restricted via ECU to 33hp and then put an aftermarket exhaust on, will this mean it will be over the 33hp limit or should it still be ok? Any help appreciated

Even if it did go over the limit, I wouldn't worry about it.

I don't know of an aftermarket exhaust that strangles the engine so much as to effect a restriction.
It won't affect one either.
