Mine (exact same model/colour) cost me £4500 new June 2011 so I'd say it is reasonable.

For reference, I paid £4k for my black SL0 with 3k miles full fairing and no mods.

I think your bike is a decent price. The only thing that would put me off is the mileage. Not that 19k is bad, it's just there's lower mileage models available and if Joe Public has the choice, they go with the lowest.
