some couriers really suck!

I booked in for a collection and nobody showed up,

after a complaint, a driver comes to collect but refuses the parcel because it's 6cm over width, the box measures 46cm x 46cm x 70 so it's not that big at all!

Ive now had to rely on another courier now, my hermes suck donkey ****

Parcel Monkey are alright round here, although hit and miss if they collect sometimes.

Yep, they left a parcel in "a safe place" and listed it as inside my porch on the tracking deely...... I don't have a porch, they'd just left it outside leaned up against the front door for all walking past to see

I've just booked it in now through parcel money and should be city link that collect it, just hope they do because ive been struggling for a week now to send another member off here a fairing that i've repaired for him

there idiots! I had a delivery driver from dpd once refuse to let me have my parcel unless i opened it and gave him exactly what was inside it in return

If they don't collect it, then its a piece of cake to re - book via Parcelmonkey

Raise it through the Parcelmonkey customer support on the site

Don't try ringing City Link, as you've booked it via another company

None are perfect, but Parcel Monkey have been ok with me. Saves having to drive to Parcelfarce and getting ripped off

pretty much so, he wanted me to open the parcel in front of him. he wouldn't get it out of the van unless i agreed. the nearest depo for them was nearly 30 miles away i went there to complain and he said that he felt intimidated by me and that's why he refused me the parcel.was a total nightmare, DPD are the worst couriers ever, you can't ring them or anything total crap.

Would have been good if you'd ordered a machete or a gun or something. That'd be a little scary as he watched you unwrap it
