GSXR1000K5/K6 shock suit Curvy?

Hello found a gixxer 1000 K5 K6 shock for sale, is that a good alternative (bolt on) for a 99-02 cuvy ??

It'll be shorter than the stock shock and softer too. Also involves cutting the battery tray to allow for the reservoir. Probably best to pass on it and find something else. See link below for a list of options.

nick two once your at it, I'm sure I need one more on the shelf.
