Fancy a ride?...Sat 27th Oct - SV650.org

As my idiocy was pointed out in the last post, I'll be out on the 27th Oct with TheBoatMan.

Leaving Bolton at 12, headling up via A6/Galgate and meeting at the bridge around 1-1:30 then a jaunt round the trough for the afternoon if anyone's up for it.

Hmm, I might actually be able to make it.

where's the start point? Need to work out how many miles and what I need to leave, as I'm felting my grandads shed Saturday morning

Given the temps (7 degrees high peak sat?) and the 1½ hour* each way journey before a rideout i think i'd freeze to death

*make that 2 hours to galgate

Hi BoltonSte. Me and Scott fancy a ride out if you don't mind a couple coming up from the borders :P
Can you link to a google map of the route as we not entirely sure of the route and location of the 'bridge'?
Then we can arrange to meet you somewhere near to Bolton.

I'm planning on leaving Bolton at 12 on Sat, meeting Boatman at McD's on the A59 at Clitheroe (I'll stick a route up at the bottom)

This route isn't perfect and it'll no doubt change a little in the day...but, I'm out of time...got a meeting will make sure I get something up later.

I'm doubt I'll make it, but a new road race bike this morning, and the parts to fix are becoming very expensive :/
