Default Grievance

Thank fook thats over.
I have been going through a grievance / disciplinary at work because some idiot put in complaints about me (that were all lies)
Luckily the lady that chaired my disciplinary saw the truth as the complaints were unfounded and there was no action taken against me.

I have had to go through 3 weeks of hell though because of this. Luckily 99% of the people I work with are great people.
Just a shame one person has to ruin it all.

I believe it is because he wants my position and it is a jealousy issue.

I do not envy anyone going through this as it was the worst 3 weeks of my life especially as I now live 270 miles away from home.
Luckily I have a big rock to lean on in the form of Gav

Same here. He is always coming to me for guidance and advice.
I would like to tell him where to shove it now but I am not that type of person unfortunately

Now will that bloke be disciplined for lying? I hope it's not ignored. That'd be ridiculous.

this is my thinking there should now be an investigation into why this ***** wasted so much time and money by lying, a grievance should now be put in for bullying so its investigated more.

And he should be paying a visit to A+E with multiple fractures

Its catch 22 I can't do anything now, had it had a different outcome is a55 wouldn't touch the floor.

That's my 2p's worth, would certainly make me feel better.

Aww Helen what a horrid time for you. Thank goodness you've had your little hoglets to keep you smiling

Well done for coming through it, a dreadful position to be in and all the more so when your life is at the hands of some vindictive lowlife who I would hope you will no longer have to work with, he's hardly trustworthy now is he?

Unfortunately they're not, they grievance against me, was something I'd said in office banter, no swear words and nothing was said to me at the time.

In my lot there's a lot of trivial grievance action, which takes up far to much time and its also getting in the way of sorting out our lot for the better.

Sounds rough, my sisters currently filing one with her superior after he's been a horrid POS to her for quite a few months. Credit my sis she's taken the high road with doing it this way but that low road looks mighty tempting in your case.
