I dunno if you guys had heard about this incident at the weekend. But apparently some idiot hit the kid in question in the face and stole one of the boots that Shakey had thrown into the crowd...

Now Shakey's on the hunt to find the kid so he can meet with him... Makes you like the guy even more!

Yer I saw this posted on another Forum. Some of the things people do are stupid specially as it was a kid too

I've not seen the offending footage but it went from;

he snatched the boot

he snatched the boot and then pushed the kid

he punched the kid and snatched the boot

But yes the guys still a ***** and I hope he gets hunted down

Haven't seen the video, but thats what I have seen on Facebook.
Not sure if the guy hit him etc but you would still give it to the wee kid if he was there/got hurt when it happened.

I follow Shakey on twitter and the guy is on a mission

He isn't too fussed what happens to the guy to be fair, I think he wants him shamed, but, he is more worried about the kid.

He wants the kid to come forward and Shakey, along with BSB, are going to give him a few laps of Brands Hatch in the pace car and Shakey is going to give him some presents, probably the boots and knee sliders he missed because of this douché

Shakey was already pretty high in my books, but, this is proper class

If you see the footage it looks like the guy smacked the kid in the face whether deliberate or not.

Brilliant stuff from Shakey, hope they find the kid and he gets his ride & rewards. At least the a******e will have trouble if he tries to put it on ebay for silly money.

A pity some fans of other sports couldn't have seen the riders congratulating Shakey and each other on the day, that sort of respect that rivals have for each other is missing in most other sports. A bike racer is a far better role mdel for kids than most other sportsmen put together.

Wouldn't be suprised if it was deliberate, my brother when he was younger had 3 pair of signed golf gloves wipped out of his hand in front of the golfer who passed them (this was at the British open)

when i seen the title i thought that chucca had gotten into some weird kinky stuff or some new pop group. but alas its just another bloody bike racer.

anyway i hope the kid gets found and treated to a cracking day out and the plonker who took the boot from the kid gets named and shamed and his current kicked in.
