Default Sport!

Anyone interested in footy, badminton, tennis and possible martial arts? Decided recently I'm fed up of doing feck all apart from walking the dog and miss a bit of sport. When I used to live with spank and some other lads we used to at least go and play some headers and volleys once a week or so, plus I used to play badminton with a mate, bit of indoor 5 a-side and also karate. I feel like I'm rotting away now!

So do any of you lot get off your fat blubbery arses? Anyone up for something other than bedroom based gymnastics with beads?

Yeah go on, i'm up for all the above. Used to play Badminton fairly regular and footy too. The indoor courts are pretty cheap to rent for an hour or 2

Sounds good dude. We need to sort something out at some point then. Find a rec half way between us and start our olympic training. Think badminton is probably one of my faves. Hope my old knackered knees are still up to it!

I've just started back at the gym after several months away from it. Can't really do football or anything involving running/jogging due to my dodgy knee

I used to play badminton quite a bit so would be good to get back into it!

Have you considered ballroom dancing? Good all round workout.

I'm taking up mud wrestling and pole dancing as I've heard both are good exercise.

Easiest thing would be doubles badminton then. If we can find a club/rec somewhere between us lot we could make it a weekly thing. If a couple of people aren't up for it one week, two can still play. If 3 people turn up one person can be stabbed.

A female friend does pole dancing work outs, very good for core strength, flexibility and entertainment.
