Dudes and Dudesses, I need help!
I've just loaded Outlook 2010 and I'm using it on an IMAP server. The Problem: Sent messages are being saved if I originate the Email but anything replied to or forwarded is just disappearing and not being saved in the sent folder. This is proving to be a bit of a pain as I'm having to remember what I said to everyone. I've checked all the right options in the options box for saving replies and forwarded mail but it ain't working. What am I doing wrong? Cheers, C |

Should be configured in two places
1) Options 2) Mail 3) Under sent messages, check save copies of messages in sent items folder And 1) Account settings 2) Click change next to the account 3) More settings 4) Sent items tab 5) Ensure save sent items in the following folder on the server is checked. (checking the relevant folder below) |
