Hey guys.
I'm looking at buying the Sigma 120-400mm lens for my Pentax. Do I go for a new one at £500 with 3 years warranty... Or a secondhand one, on evil bay, reassured by seller, for £300? Help... |

FWIW I've started going eBay second hand, got some glass I could never have afforded otherwise (canon 70-200 F4L With IS) and it was fine, still a lot of cash but almost half the RRP. It's an accepted risk, most people are genuine. just remember, if it looks too good to be true....
Good luck with whichever option you go with. |

Grey import is a consideration.
Used gear at Camera World, Park, Misfuds, LCE all worth a look and come with a warranty.

Cheers all. Have placed a bid. Spoken with seller and am happy as lens is at least 40% cheaper than new...
