Front brake reservoir cap metal clip missing - MOT fail? - SV650.org

hi iv lost the front res brake fluid cap screw and metal clip , that holds the top on , think its just to stop kids from take the top of and messing with fluid I think , any way will this cause the bike to fail its mot , as mine is due next week , and no idea where I can get one from , cant find any on robbinsons , or flebay I can replace res bottle but is it worth it just for that wee bit ?

Mine didn't have the clip and passed the MOT

I'd lost the little screw for the clip, I just covered up the reservoir with one of them sweat bands
