Hi,
Well as ive posted on here my mate fitted my Danmoto exhaust the other day but F**ked up my downpipes as he cut them too short. So im trying to source new ones before the weekend as i have a trackday at brands on monday. I was wondering if i can source new ones how hard is it to remove the exhaust? This is the part i will be re fitting this weekend and need to know what needs to be removed to fit it? Cheers Mason |

There's a few threads on here regarding removing header bolts IIRC.
The front header bolts tend to be a nightmare as they're made of cheese. Lots of penetrating fluid and patience seem to be key. Be very careful or you may snap the studs. |

Fair point. I only glanced at the photo and it looked like a full system.
I should learn to read posts properly ![]() |

This is because it has been much too tight to remove the exhaust and put it back in place, without the front downpipe being loose/ removed. Just a heads up in case you find the same thing ![]() |

Thanks for the heads up! Quick question does the K3 and the K4 have the same exhaust system?
