Default Southern 100 2013

Arrived back in England last night after spending a beautiful week on the Isle of Man, didn't want to come back, but needs must.
Racing has been mixed with emotions this year. 3 riders losing their lives & track records being smashed left, right & centre. Roll on next year & I hope that it runs without hitch.

Michael Pearson, getting up close & personal to the wall

This guy held the gate open for us as we left the paddock, so my son had to have his picture taken with him. Just shows that these heroes are human.

Next day, we stole a pic with William too. The bloke from Greenlight telly wasn't too chuffed when I went over while they were filming

As usual Guy Martin was nowhere to be seen. I can't work out why so many people like him when the Irish lads are so welcoming.
Give him his due, Guy did smash the lap record on the 1000 this year averaging over 114mmph around the 4.25 mile course. I still think he's up his own ar$e though

Greenlight were being pains in the **** in the paddock, they were a bit annoyed with me and a marshal watching Honda Legends rebuild the fireblade ready for the 1100cc race

Here is a pic any TT fan will love

I'll put a link up to the photos once i've got mine sorted and uploaded

OMG!

You've got LOADS of cracking pictures, very impressed (and jealous in equal measure)

I tried looking at the exif info for the lens but it doesn't show. What were you using?

I'd not be surprised to see any of those in a magazine!

Cheers Brett. 75 - 300 EF lens that I used to have fitted to my 300D. Really pleased with a load of my pics this year, I'll blame it on the sunny weather

It's Michael Pearson. He headed towards us at a rate of knots, my missus jumped out of her skin while I kept snapping, but he got it round the corner, good on him

A bit blurred lol
