Default Freeletics

Anybody doing Freeletics training or thinking of starting?
I'm on week 2 of a 15 week programme.
I have done other programmes in the last year (Rush Fit and Insanity) but I prefer the simplicity of this one.

If you are a free athlete then search Facebook for "UK Freeletics" and join the group to share workout progress etc.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about but want to get fit then type "freeletics transformation" into YouTube for inspiration and an idea of what's it's all about.

I do a fair bit of calisthenics...not sure excatly how they differ, but from what i know they both use body weight and are intended to increase body strength and flexibility.

seen the freeletics transformation, its impressive. If you havent seen Bar Brothers you should check it out...big inspiration!

I like the calisthenics bar workouts and will move onto this next year.
I like the idea of the gymnastic type control over your body you can achieve by this type of training. I'm not really interested in massive muscles or running marathons to be honest, just functional full body conditioning.
Bar brothers is great although a little American.
Frank Modrano from Calisthinic Kingz is quite famous now and has some videos on YouTube.

I don't have all the workouts Jakie, they have a new coach system where they give you 2 weeks workouts then modify the following weeks to work on your weakest areas......apparently.

I have beach body Insanity if you want to borrow that but that is VERY American and a little irritating. I got reasonably good results from it but it's all high intensity cardio type circuits with little strength conditioning.

Yeah I think i've seen that one before. I found the first 2 weeks of freeletics. Called aphrodite, seems fairly hardcore a lot of burpees in it!

I'd never heard of 'freeletics' but always wondered where to start with getting into calisthenics. Might give it a go!

Yes the old Freeletics routine before the online coach system was introduced was 2 weeks of Aphrodite 4 times per week. I done that one this morning, it did tire me out, took 25 minutes but it was a hard 25 minutes. A bit of an easier one tomorrow.
