Hello all
Im looking at buying just a engine but its from a usa import bike. Would there be any differences between that engine and a eu one ? cheers brad |

Depending on the year there may be some differences in paint or similar but I think the differences were in ancillaries not the motor itself. Carbs had slightly different jets, California models have an EVAP system for capturing vapors from the petrol tank, clocks in Fahrenheit etc. I'd be surprised if it wouldn't work in an EU bike for any reason.

I suppose it depends on what the bike is - but we don't know.
