Question Leather repairs

I need to get zip replaced on my leather jacket, any recommendations Glasgow/Edinburgh/Stirling areas?

Is this for the trackday lesthers? Also, sorry, I hope seeing a reply didn't get your hopes up, certainly wasnt my intention.

Your reply is such a disappointment.

Yes its for the track leathers. No plans for track days yet, just want to get them sorted in case an opportunity should arise.

Ah - yes, I can!! I spent ages trying to find someone local and eventually got a couple of folks suggesting these guys:

Tailor Made Alterations, Dumbarton Road, Glasgow (bottom of Byres Road, turn right and they're about 100 yards along that road).

Run by a polish couple and they did an excellent job replacing the zip on my leather jacket and taking in the sleeves a bit too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Only dealings I have had are with Hill 4 Leather , but they are in Aldershot, so postal job. But were very good and took less than week to send, repair and return. (Posted Monday, returned Thursday)

If you factor in time, fuel costs etc, might be worth your while?
