Bus Lane Fine HELP?
Oh Mighty Org.... Help me out with a bus lane fine please?
Basically i drove in a bus lane and i got a fine. Ill happily admit that it was me, and i was in the bus lane when i shouldnt have been (I was in a rush, in the car, on a road i normally use outside of bus lane hours and normally on the bike anyway... so i just didnt think) However... My issues is that i wasnt issued with just one fine, but two, 40seconds apart. I believe they are saying that it is two seperate offences, in two seperate bus lanes, the bus lanes are on the same road, but with a junction in the middle [second dot on the map]  Flowers Hill, Brislington Does anyone think that i have grounds to argue the fact that they have issued two fines and just try and pay one, or should i just shut up and pay them both? |

If the bus lanes are split by the junction, it makes sense that it is two fines.

If it crosses Bonville Road then its two separate bus lanes. Don't think there is a lot you can do.
