Default Stradebroke Classic Car & Bike on Sunday 13th Sept

Hi All,

Anyone fancy coming along to the Stradebroke Classic Car & Bike Show on Sunday 13th Sept?

It's £3 to get in, I've never been before but if nothing else it's an excuse to get on the bike....

Meet at Thickthorn services A11/A47 at 11am...

Last minute put together google maps route

GPX for any Garmin owners here: http://www.4shared.com/file/fZNdxHk_ba/Stradebroke.html

Tyre file: http://www.4shared.com/file/rGa0JRgIba/Stradebroke.html

So far it's just thunderace and me, but the feelers are going out now

If the show is pants we'll have given to a local school and can head on to Southwold for chips

It's okay, I'm not going now...

I am determined to get some more social riding happening though so let me know when you're back in the UK!

The bike is SORNed at the moment because the tax was due when I was going to be outside the UK and it would have needed an MOT first. I will sort it all out when I get back and will let you know when I can ride.

I'm back from 2 months in Turkey and arrived home in time for the rain. The bike is booked for a service and MOT on Monday so it will get taxed as soon as it passes. And then I am free to ride (weather permitting).

weather permitting indeed, I didn't enjoy 3 hrs to Birmingham in the dark and rain early hours this morning!

I'm an all weather rider though so if you fancy a meet up regardless of how sunny it might not be just let me know

Yeah, I've been to those a fair few times....in the summer it gets too busy though...now would be okay I guess but the back roads to the place are not great this time of year either

I'd sooner pic a pub as a meeting place and go there with people I know to be honest

I got lost earlier this year using the back roads to Whitwell. What is it about with Norfolk and road signs? (missing or pointing in several directions to the same village).

There will be a new place to meet on the A11 soon... once I've finished the renovation. The owner plans to make it big for bikers
