![]() ![]() The Speedometer just stopped working for me. The dash lights and revs are still working. Can anyone help me diagnose this? I wouldn't mind replacing with a Trail-Tech but it looks a little complicated. |

I would start by checking the speed sensor connection block. I have a feeling the sensor or rotor does fail, too.

the rotor in the wheel is plastic and can easily break the tabs off, which will make the speedo stop reading anything.
was the front tyre changed recently? |

The sensor and rotor are 27/29 on the diagram, but the wiring isn't shown. I think it connects to the wiring loom in or near the headlight.

In that case I think you need to get the connector block in the l/h front of the loom apart. I had the same thing for a while until I cleaned the contacts in this block and gave them a protective coat of ACF50.
