Default Caberg Visor problem

I'm one of those middle aged 'born again' biker types, but only with a Honda 125 at the moment for the 35 mile round trip commute. I bought a Caberg Justissimo just before Christmas and am very pleased overall, especially with the in built sun visor. However over the last couple of days the normal visor has started to stick to the rubber seal at the top of the helmet which then twists and makes it a real 'swine' (can I use such language on here?) to open, unless it's damp. (The seal that is, not the weather) I've tried scrubbing the seal to get rid of any muck on it, and even tried teflon lube, but once it dries I'm back to breaking my neck trying to open the visor. I'm still waiting for a response from Caberg but wondered if anyone on here had similar problems and a way round it. Cheers

Haven't heard about this and I know several people wwho have them. Best thing to do is to take it back to the shop/dealer you got it from and politely ask for a replacement.

Cheers for that.
That's plan B at the moment, depending on when I can find time to take it back. There doesn't seem to be anything physically wrong with it, just a lack of lubrication on the seal for some reason that grips the visor and makes it difficult to open as it tries to turn the seal inside out. When the seal's wet and can slide past the visor it's no problem whatsoever.
Just wondered if anyone else had experienced it, and if so how they resolved it, other than by replacement.

Quick update if anyone is really interested..........
Still no response to my email to Caberg and not had time to return it but...
Bought a can of Silicon spray - as intended for use on rubber door / window seals. Two coats, wipe off excess (to avoid smearing top of visor) and visor opening been smooth as new ever since. Assume I removed any oils/lube layers by using detergent to clean my lid.
