What about if I turn up at the next meet with the Radio Times, and then we can plan the next meet

I have also Microsoft Project and I will draw up a Project plan so we can plan every meeting

I just need some ideas on what to call the Project.
Also I will need someone to be the secretary

Why do you use your newly found Exchange skills and set up an online Calendar that we can all view using Outlook Web Access :P

Why does the forum not have a shared calender built into it? The VW forum i sometimes frequent on does. (Stomps foot arround room)
